SSL Certificate

Suchprice has acquired SSL certificate. SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private.This binding connection is secure so that no one besides you and the website you're submitting the information to can see or access what you type into your browser.

You'll see a little padlock icon in the URL bar. It'll show up either on the left- or right-hand side of the URL bar, depending on your browser. You can click on the padlock to read more information about the website and the company that provided the certificate.

Transaction Security

All online transaction is completed through Stripe or PayPal , we do not process or save your credit card information.

We do not have a showroom currently. You may contact us for product details. You can also check the products if you choose to pick up at our Tsuen Wan Head Office: 5/F, Leitz Industrial Building, 55-57 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T.

This is not mandatory. You can also shop without registration. However, you can get exclusive offer and discounts as a member.

The cut-off time is 10am every working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed in the next working day.

• If there are more than one options (e.g. colour, size) , please select the options you wanted.
• When it is in stock, it will show "Dispatch Now" . When the stock is limited, it will show the number of stock left.
• When it is out of stock, the button "Add to cart" will be replaced by "Pre-order now". You can check the estimated dispatch date at the cart for pre-order items.

*In case there are both in stock items and pre-order items in single order, the entire order will be dispatched after all items have arrived.

• Click "Order Goods" on the page of the product you want to buy
• Goods will be added to the shopping cart
• You can see the estimated delivery date on the shopping cart page

*If more than one item is purchased at the same time, the delivery date will be the latest.

*If there are stock and pre-order goods at the same time, the company will wait for the pre-order goods to arrive before sending out.

As pre-sale orders are affected by many factors such as supplier inventory, production, logistics, etc., we are not 100 %sure that we will be able to order successfully and arrive on time. The supplier has the opportunity to notify the failure to ship a few days before the delivery date, and we will immediately notify the customer about the out-of-stock arrangement after receiving the notification. Shipping costs will be calculated based on product weight, shipping area or shipping method and will be displayed on the checkout page prior to your payment.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer︰Hang Seng Bank / Bank of China (Hong Kong)
- SF Express pay on delivery (not for pre-order items)

Some products can be picked up immediately after ordering online, but some furniture such as office chairs and bar chairs are not stored at the Tsuen Wan Headquarters. It takes about 3 working days after payment to be available for self-collection.

* All orders must be completed online. There is no on-site order. Thank you for your understanding.

* All online discounts, including membership discounts, self-collection discounts, discount codes, etc., must be used when ordering online.

* Our headquater does not have displays , but customers can check the goods after payment.

1. The company name of quotation
2. Consignee name
3. Consignee address
4. Consignee phone
5. Item colour and quantity
6. For furniture items, assembled or not?
7. Any special condition for delivery (if applicable)
8. The email to receive our quotation

For customers outside Hong Kong, the shopping procedure is the same as usual practice. You can choose the appropriate language and currency that suit you.

Sure. All you need to do is to fill in the corrrect shipping country and detailed address, shipping fee will be calculated accordingly.

Customers outside Hong Kong are also covered in our return policy. Return request must be sent to us within 7 days upon delivery.

• Man-made damage
• Wear and tear
• Parallel importation of goods (unless otherwise stated)

• Gift cards' value can be used along with other promo code.

How to use?

• After you have purchased a gift card, you will receive an email containing a special code.
• When making a purchase in your store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.
• The value of gift cards can be used as payment toward future orders.
• When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

There are several ways of promotion, some are shown as below.

• Price cut: The discounted price will be shown directly on product page.
• Discount code: Enter the code at checkout to show discount.
• Some promotions may require adding the products to cart to show discounts.
• Up-selling: Please add both products to cart.
• Giveaways: You may need to add the gift product to cart to show as free.
• Shipping Subsidiary/ Pickup Discount: Please choose the appropriate shipping method/ pickup options when checkout.

Please email us at cs@suchprice.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and attach a photo of the problem item for us to process.
If the request is accepted, we will provide a replacement/refund.

Most items include maintenance, ranging from 30 to 365 days, depending on the product. Please refer to the corresponding product page for the terms and maintenance scope. If the goods is damaged under normal use/preservation and the damage is manufacturing defect, we will provide free replacement of the goods/ parts.
